We had the opportunity to work with Jen while searching for our forever retirement home. She was such a great help! Buying a home while living out of state presents unique challenges. Jen was really helpful with daily updates of current properties. She even walked through homes for us using FaceTime so we could “see” the properties for ourselves! Jen proved to be invaluable during the closing process as well, helping us with local resources for attorneys, inspectors, etc., emailing us necessary forms, and representing us so the closing could take place remotely. But her help didn’t stop at closing. Two hurricanes passed by before we had a chance to move down, and Jen took the time to check in on our home and reported back to us. She has a unique perspective of the Briar Chapel neighborhood, and the larger Triangle Area. Even though we have lived here for 5 months, we continue to tap Jen as a resource!
